General Information

What is Lifestyle Wellness Center? Lifestyle is a wellness brand that blends traditional therapy with modern wellness. Since mental and physical health are deeply connected we provide a science and spiritual backed wellness experience. Consider us the blueprint for life changing wellness.

Where are you located? We are located at 10451 Mill Run Circle Suite 400, Owings Mills, MD 21117.

Who founded the Lifestyle Wellness Center? Lifestyle Wellness Center was founded by Saidah Spinner, LCSW-C, a licensed clinical social worker and experienced therapist committed to empowering individuals on their wellness journey.

Services Offered

What services do you provide? We offer individual therapy, life and nutrition coaching, fitness coaching, fitness classes and programs providing wellness education. We specialize in areas such as: - Mental health support - Physical health and wellness and training - Life transitions - Personal growth and rebranding - Coaching

Do you offer services for groups or families? Currently, we are proudly serving teens as young as 15 years old. Our mental health counseling services are open to children starting at age 10 and adults, seeking support for mental wellness and personal growth. However, contact us if you’re interested in group sessions, as we offer workshops quarterly.

Do you offer virtual sessions? Yes! We offer secure virtual therapy and coaching sessions for clients who prefer remote options or live outside our immediate area.

Appointments &  Scheduling

How do I schedule an appointment?

What are your hours of operation? We offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends. Check our booking system for availability.

What is your cancellation policy? We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Payment & Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

We accept Maryland State Insurance (Medicaid). Please contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage. For assistance with Medicaid enrollment please feel free to contact us at info@lifestylewcenter.com, or visit the Maryland state health insurance website directly marylandhealthconnection.gov

What are your payment options? We accept payment via credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA accounts, and other secure methods. Payment is due prior to or at the time of service.

Do you offer sliding-scale fees? Yes, we are happy to offer a sliding-scale slot based on financial need. Please contact us to discuss availability.

Confidentiality & Privacy

How is my privacy protected?

Your privacy is our top priority. We follow all federal and state confidentiality laws, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure your information is secure. For more info See Here

Can my sessions be shared with anyone? No, all sessions are confidential unless required by law (e.g., cases of harm to self or others).

Shipping & Return Policies

Do you offer physical products for sale?

Yes, we occasionally offer physical and digital products, including wellness guides, workbooks, and other resources. Our Shop is Coming Soon

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

How long does it take to process an order? Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

What is your return policy?

All products, including downloadable guides and workbooks, are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us for assistance.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement as appropriate.
